Module 7 Being Empowered Explore the difference between being submissive, aggressive and assertive. Discovered how to claim back your power and confidently create change in your life.

About Alison Burton


Alison Burton is an Occupational Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She works in the natural health world with people experiencing anxiety or stress and all of its related effects, including physical health issues. 


She has a passion for simple effective, natural self help tools. She's continually looking for ways to empower her clients to take charge of their own emotional health and well-being.


By teaching people to manage their own thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions they can then take responsibility for their health and happiness. Alison's aim is to elevate humanity one person at a time.


She's the founder and owner of Simply Natural Therapies and runs a busy practice in Melbourne, Australia and online.
